90 Minutes | Join us for a gentle and relaxed yoga experience meant for yogis who seek a reflective and modifiable practice. Emphasis will be on breath, deliberate movements, and deeply tuning into our own bodies, rhythms, and needs. Particularly suited to those in mid-life and beyond or anyone seeking time to be gentle with themselves while exploring their own strengths and capacity. Explore just how vital and vibrant you can be while practicing accepting yourself just as you are! We will end our practice with some journal prompts to reflect on our own inner dialogue and ways to tap into new confidence and vitality.
