75 Minutes | This session offers Yoga Nidra in the iRest tradition with 15-20 minutes movement for mixed levels and 30-40 minutes in meditation. The Yoga Nidra practice includes setting a clear intention, body and breath scans, and meeting and welcoming what we meet in our meditation. The restorative session is followed by 5-10 minutes of questions and discussion.
