90 Minutes | Curious about Reiki? This gentle, beginner-friendly workshop offers a grounded introduction to energy healing in a calm and supportive space. You’ll learn what Reiki is, how it supports relaxation and balance, and how it can be used in everyday life.
The workshop includes a short guided self-Reiki practice to help you connect with the energy for yourself, followed by a relaxing group Reiki experience. No prior knowledge is needed – just a willingness to slow down, rest, and explore.
