60 Minutes | Mindfulness helps us become aware. Heartfulness invites us to live from that awareness with greater compassion, presence, and authenticity. In this reflective one-hour workshop, Shiham invites participants to explore the journey from simply observing life to living it through the wisdom of the heart. This is an experiential session where you will be guided through a blend of reflection, gentle practice, and open exploration. You will not only hear ideas, but also experience them in your own way.
Together, we will:
• Explore what mindfulness and heartfulness mean in everyday life
• Be guided through a short heart-centered awareness practice
• Reflect through journaling prompts (optional, no pressure to share)
• Open space for gentle discussion and shared insights
The intention is to create a space where you can slow down, reconnect inwardly, and notice what shifts when attention moves from the mind into the heart.
No prior experience is needed. Only openness and curiosity.
