90 Minutes | You’re invited to slow down, breathe, and reconnect in this gentle Mind–Body Flow session. This welcoming experience combines relaxation meditation with simple Tai Chi movements, offering a supportive space to unwind, reset, and tune into your body. We’ll begin with guided meditation to help calm the mind and settle the nervous system. From there, we’ll ease into Tai Chi — a slow, mindful movement practice that builds on that grounded state and encourages balance, flow, and body awareness. The intention is to help you shift from “thinking mode” into a deeper sense of presence, so movement feels smoother, more comfortable, and more intuitive. No experience is needed, and all bodies and abilities are welcome. Come as you are and leave feeling calmer and refreshed.
