120 Minutes | Every asana has a first step. For example, the first step for Eka Pada Sirasana – Standing Foot Behind Head is Tadasana – Mountain Pose. It may be the only step available to your body at the moment; to be content may be the Yogic challenge for you today. Or you may be able to move through more of the steps on the way to full posture. Being content where you are and being able to move comfortably more deeply to your place are important aspects of a personal Yoga practice. We will explore progressive steps for a variety of asana with lots of detail, hands on assists (with permission). NOTE: Participants are asked to email the workshop leader with the names of three asanas you would like covered. The workshop content will be created from your choices. Once you reserve your spot please email yogaink@icloud.com to let Ruth know your pose request.
