90 Minutes | Join Cherie for a yogic perspective on breathing the Magic Square, combining holding yoga postures as we learn to breathe into our bodies with precision. Here we learn how to break the body down into 9 compartments where we can breathe with intention and visualization. The result is a deeper understanding of our bodies from the inside out and leaving this class feeling very relaxed and intentional.
