Yoga for EveryBODY

60 Minutes | This is a 60-minute flow class designed specifically to be as body inclusive as possible. Options, movement variation, and modifications will be provided that speak to all types of bodies to ensure that everyone feels safe and successful in class. Chairs and elastics will also be utilized to make the postures and movements more accessible.

All you need is a water bottle! If you would like to choose floor options for movement, you may prefer to bring a yoga mat.

This class could be with or without props. Suitable for all levels.

Please bring: A yoga mat, water, yoga blocks if you have them (but not necessary) and a towel.
