Yoga for EveryBODY

A 60-minute movement practice designed for ALL bodies incorporating variations for all body types.  Every BODY is capable of movement in their own unique ways. This class will provide you with tools to find ways of movement that compliment your unique body. Bigger bodies move differently than smaller bodies, tight bodies move differently than flexible bodies, older bodies move differently than younger bodies, women’s bodies move differently than men’s bodies, your body moves differently than my body! But the same is true for all… we all MOVE. Discover your way!

This class could be with or without props. Suitable for all levels.

Please bring: A yoga mat, water, yoga blocks if you have them (but not necessary) and a towel.

Yoga Teacher

Gabrielle’s primary focus as a teacher and personal trainer is to keep everyone moving well throughout their lifespan. She uses a dynamic multidisciplinary approach in all her classes to motivate participants of all ages, fitness levels, body shapes, and sizes. Her great joy over these last thirty years of teaching is working with people to restore lost mobility and helping people maintain and optimize their strength and range of motion.
