Yin & Pin

Yin & Pin is a fusion of yin yoga and acupuncture, both of which work on the energetic channels of the body. This class strives to improve the flow of energy in these channels while creating space in your body. During this 90-minute class, you will be led through a 30-minute yin yoga practice, emphasizing holding poses that allow gravity and time to deepen your stretch. The class will finish with a long savasana, during which a few acupuncture points per person will be gently applied. The point locations chosen will emphasize calming the mind and nervous system, improving digestion, and opening the airways. This will encourage continued energy flow throughout the body and promote a deeply restorative and relaxed state.
