Sunset Yoga Nidra & Meditation

This session offers yoga nidra in the iRest tradition with 15-20 minutes movement for mixed levels and 30-40 minutes in meditation. The yoga nidra practice includes setting a clear intention, body and breath scans, and meeting and welcoming what we meet in our meditation followed by 5- 10 minutes questions and discussion.

Rain location: Inside the Victoria Park Pavilion

Please bring: Yoga Mat, Water, comfortable clothes and blanket and or pillow
