Sound Bath of Relaxation: Release and Renew

A sound bath is a meditative and therapeutic experience that involves participants lying down or sitting comfortably while being bathed in sound waves produced by various instruments. Liz will play a variety of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other sound healing tools. The sounds produced by these instruments are believed to have a calming and healing effect on the mind and body. Participants often describe feeling a deep sense of relaxation, stress relief, and a heightened state of awareness during a sound bath session. The vibrations and frequencies produced by the instruments are thought to help balance the energy centres in the body and promote a sense of well-being.
