60 Minutes | In this class, you will explore the principles of meditation, designed to help you stay present and cultivate awareness. We will practice various techniques such as breathing exercises, visualization, affirmations, and gratitude practices. These tools will help reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance emotional well-being.

Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a supportive environment to develop mindfulness and inner peace.
