Humble Warrior Flow: The Sacred Teachings of the Wolf
120 Minutes | Humility is coming to understand that you don’t know everything for anyone but yourself, and to unlock that, you may have to look without yourself first and then look within. To be humble is to accept success with pride, but not arrogance.
Join Mi’kmaq Storyteller Julie Pellissier-Lush to learn more about the Sacred Teachings of the Wolf, followed by a Humble Warrior Flow with School Teacher and Yoga Instructor, Carrie Lundy. This session will invite you to listen, learn and practice softening the ego, making mistakes, and bowing with humility to Mother Earth. An optional smudge circle will follow.
Please bring: Yoga mat, cushion/bolster/blocks for support
