EM (Energy Medicine) Yoga

90 Minutes | Energy Medicine (EM) Yoga is the holistic practice of combining the ancient healing methods of energy medicine and yoga to balance and align the body’s nine energy systems. This practice involves traditional yoga postures interwoven with ancient healing modalities, such as working with the meridian system, tapping, self-massage, and holds to regulate the body’s stress responses. When energy in the body is out of balance, it can cause health issues, such as chronic pain, digestive complaints, and sleep disorders.

After a car accident 33 years ago, Anita found healing through yoga. Now a teacher, she shares its transformative power with compassion, encouraging those who feel yoga is beyond their reach. Her training includes Reiki, Therapeutic Touch and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and she also completed Energy Medicine Yoga teacher training.
