Eagle Flow: Soaring Higher

Eagle Flow is back for another round this summer! Learn more about the sacred Mi’kmaq teachings of the Eagle from Knowledge Keeper Julie Pellissier-Lush, and then practice embodying these teachings of love within your body, heart and mind with Yoga Instructor Carrie Lundy. The session will end with an optional smudge circle for those who would like to participate.

Carrie Lundy is a school teacher and yoga instructor who teaches and practices with an open heart. As a committed student, she enjoys learning from local Indigenous knowledge keepers and values the connection between the teachings of Yoga and the sacred teachings of Epekwitk. Carrie places self-love at the heart of her practice and sees Yoga as a tool to help elevate love and peace in the world.
