90 Minutes | Breath control is mind control. Relax and unwind as Smita takes you through the journey of inner exploration tuning into self with yoga asanas focusing on breath & mind control moving from one graceful movement to the next for a 90-minute Sivananda yoga session in the midst of nature.
Serve, Give, love, purify, meditate and realize… the core values taught in the Sivananda ashrams worldwide is the essence of yoga- meaning ‘Yuj’ to join with your inner self. She will end her session with yoga Nidra and a short talk on the 5 points of yoga.
