90 Minutes | In this 90-minute practice, soak in the sun’s warmth as we welcome and celebrate the powerful energy of the Summer Solstice (also referred to as Litha). Connect with your breath, mind & body as you are guided through a steady, unhurried flow – gently building heat within to prepare your body for rest in an extended savasana, where you will be invited to unwind with a guided meditation. This practice closes with space for journaling – Summer Solstice journal prompts and affirmations provided to aid in your reflection and integration of your experience.
