120 Minutes | Join Ruth Richman and Teri Hall for a morning Peace Circle of Kundalini Yoga including breath-work, movement, meditation, and deep relaxation with the gongs. We will chant a mantra, Sat Narayan Wahe Guru which helps us to vibrate the reality of peace that we are all hoping to have as part of our lives. Once we feel it internally, we can then project it outward, bringing peace into the world.
