Bend & Brew
60 Minutes | See how well an energizing yoga practice can wake you up, then stick around for coffee/tea and a chat to cap it off!
These drinks are on the house, thanks to our lovely friends at The Shed Coffee! The Shed is all about fuelling imagination and creative energy for Islanders. It’s also the go-to spot in Charlottetown for a seriously good Vietnamese specialty coffee.
Please bring: Yoga mat, a bottle of water, and your own coffee cup if possible.
Rain Location: Inside the Victoria Park Cultural Pavilion
Follow the Island Tides Facebook and Instagram pages to stay up to date on rain locations and event cancellations.
