Flow to Grow: Summer Solstice Movement & Journaling Workshop

In honour of the recent solstice, this workshop will lead students through a playful gentle flow to find ease and build creative strength in the body. After building some heat to honour our season, students will have the opportunity to reflect on the previous season’s happenings and the opportunities summer may bring with playful journal prompts. Recording these thoughts is completely optional, students are welcome to think them through without putting pen to paper or allow the prompts to wash over them in this intermission of rest space. Following the prompts, students will be led through a restorative practice where shapes are held for 3-5 minutes.

Please bring: A yoga mat, water, journal, & a pen
