Prop Me Up! Using Props for Strength Building in Dynamic Yoga
Props are often used in our yoga practice to aid and support our bodies in asana. They can also be used to build strength within our yoga practice. They can help us engage in some movement patterns not present in traditional yoga and spice up a dynamic flow. This class is a flow class with props at every turn to build abdominal strength, leg strength and shoulder, arm, and wrist strength. Participants should come ready to move!
Please bring: A yoga mat, & water
