Mindful Morning Rise

Calm the mind, rebalance the nervous system and create openness in the body with nourishing, intentional movement. In this gentle morning practice, you’ll be guided through a combination of seated, standing, and reclined postures with a special emphasis on breathing and mindfulness. This nurturing style of yoga facilitates deeper flexibility, relieves tension, reduces stress and anxiety, and helps to improve digestive health. This class invites you to slow down so you can start your day feeling grounded, peaceful and focused. This class is suitable for ages 13 and up, with no previous yoga or meditation experience necessary.
