Lily Forsythe
Acupuncturist
Lily Forsythe is a registered, board-certified acupuncturist in Prince Edward Island, the owner of Healing Point Holistic Health, and a part-time team member at EASTND. She is an active member of Acupuncturists without Borders and trauma-informed practice certified. She provides group acupuncture to several community groups, including the Lennon Recovery House in rural PEI. Her private practice centres around nervous system regulation, hormone balancing, and acute/chronic pain relief. Lily focuses on providing integrative healing solutions to the members of her community through comprehensive treatment plans and multiple modalities, including cupping, gua sha, e-stim, moxibustion, and TuiNa, as well as acupuncture. On her days off, she can be found reading through her traditional East Asian medicine library, gardening, or cuddling her fur babies.
Lauren Myers
Naturopath
Lauren is a naturopathic medical graduate working at Inbloom Health. She is awaiting licensing exams and is currently seeing patients under the supervision of Dr. Leduc at EASTND PEI. Lauren is a reproductive health advocate and strives to educate patients about their physical & mental health. Her clinical focuses include fertility, preconception, pregnancy, postpartum care, menstrual cycle concerns, and athletic recovery & performance.
